Mark’s IT career began during the 1990’s as a Dell senior support engineer in Austin, Texas.

After working for a number of organizations helping businesses with their desktop support, management and systems administration, Mark discovered his true passion: keeping computer systems running smoothly so that the people using them are happy and productive.

As a small business owner, Mark empathizes with fellow business owners and understands what is most dear to them: maximizing productivity through efficiency while keeping costs low and ROI high.

The OneClick Team

It takes a dedicated and highly qualified team to earn trust and advise clients with their technology decisions. Our friendly and hardworking IT professionals and managers strive to deliver nothing less than prompt, exceptional and respectful service. Unlike run-of-the mill IT technicians, we first take the time to fully understand the technical challenges our business clients face before recommending best-in-class technology solutions to overcome them.

Most of our employees have been with us for over half a decade and represent over 68 years of combined experience. Over time, their passion for providing highly responsive, skilled, and friendly IT management and support has strengthened as their experience has grown. They stay abreast of new and emerging technologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve. So if your business has security concerns, wants to improve workflow, efficiency, or desires the peace of mind that comes with computer systems that run smoothly and without outages, we have the skill and vision to make it a reality.
